They send billing statements months after the due date. I received a statement on Friday the 2nd week of August 2018 with a June 30th date stamp, saying I had an overdue balance from May which they've added late fees to. They do not answer their phone or return phone calls when trying to pay the bill. We've been trying to reach them since Monday Aug 13th to pay the bill, & have left 3 messages along with multiple calls in which we did not leave messages. Also they do not have website support to pay bills online or check your balance, so you must rely solely on bills in the mail to know what you owe, They don't even tape an invoice to your door like some other companies do. Their voicemail only includes the name of the company & instructions to leave a message, it does not include store hours or an alternative way to contact them, nor can you find it on their Facebook page or in a search engine.
