Their mechanic leaves too early. Their convenience store, it's too small.. WAYY too small. But it's conveniently right off the highway
Outdated pumps and inside store is small very confined

Absolute scam artist!!!! I had a agreed upon price with another U-Haul who shipped me over to this guy. Guy gives me a landscape printed receipt in about size 6 font and has me sign on a small gas station counter while ringing out other customers so I wouldn't notice the nefarious charges I didn't agree to. The trucks obnoxiously bigger than what I had requested. The fabricated Miles charges and even when as far as to say the truck needed cleaned. Items picked up were wrapped in packaging material or boxed so that is completely impossible.nnThe manager said they're supposed to have a picture of this to validate the charge. It magically disappeared.nnIf this is how they handle U-Haul I can only imagine what they would do to somebody who doesn't know about cars and has their car tore apart there. Buyers beware!!!!
