Always helpful. They always find a way to help me save money.
This pharmacy has gone downhill. You wait forever in the store, you wait forever in the drive thru. They promise to have prescriptions filled in an hour but never do. There is a new woman pharmacist who just uses the excuse that they don’t have staff, but all I ever hear is her and other staffs’ personal conversations. Even when they have four or five people back there they can’t get anything done. It’s not a staffing issue, it’s a do your job issue. Stop talking. Stop complaining. Work!
Drive thru so slow
I called and checked on the status of my prescription and was told it would be ready in half an hour. 1hour and 50 minutes later I pulled up to the drive through and was told by ‘Kelly’ it would be a moment. After waiting over 15 minutes, I received a text from rite aid that my Rx was ready and I still waited! A few minutes later I received a phone call from rite aid that my Rx was ready - and I was still waiting!! Meanwhile another customer was screaming at us from the car waiting in line behind us. When my husband complained, Kelly told him not to get loud. Really!! The location of a pharmacy is no longer convenient when this kind of experience occurs. So much for shopping local - going to CVS!
Take to long to fill prescriptions, I think 2 hrs is insane! And don’t call to let us know when they are ready. Charge for extra flavor in anti-biotics for kids...All around not my favorite pharmacy. I miss Ritzmans
