Customer service seems to be good but the WiFi service is questionable. It works great when it works but it has a lot of hiccups in the most important times. Wish the consistency was there!!!!nnPay for 25mbps and we’re lucky to get 20, mostly 15-18. Issues since we upgraded to 25mbps with little help to correct. Always upgrading equipment or expanding service is the excuse for downtime. Website says the service is all healthy but like now it isn’t working at all. Try to email them but hardly get any responses, nothing yet this time. Paying extra $25 a month for nothing consistent if it is there.
