I have always thought he was fair to me. The employees and probation department is amazing! Thank you for all your help.
A lying woman put false charges on me. I had evidence of who contacted who first and what was said and phone records even and didnt even get to show them. Option was go to trial and sit for up to 60 days in jail or take 30 days in jail. I was already in on a first DUI and was about to be released so I took the 30 days. Judge sided with her and shes done this to others. Makes me wonder if shes that good in bed or something?
The judge was pretty cool. He threw out a ticket from the State Highway Patrol. The officer put false information on a ticket for failure to control. She missed a bunch of evidence on the scene. I later went after being taken to the hospital for my injuries, I found the evidence she left and she accused me of putting it there. She lost her job and when to jail. The judge through out the ticket.
The judge was 45 minutes late. was absolutely rude and would not let me talk or explain what had happened. The secretaries and the state highway patrol said I could make my payment online since I was out of town. I was not able to make my payment online and had to come up from Georgia to make an appearance so I would not have a warrant out for not paying my ticket on time. Try to explain that to him and he want me to pay my ticket right now. Well now I don't have the money if I had to come from out of town. He was rude and short.
Very bad advice. Only ask for what kind and size of paper should I use to print out.... all I get go to the website, go to the website. Poor
