I live here and think it a great place to live. I've lived here since 2009. As long as you pay your rent, keep your property up and obey the park rules you have no problems.

Wonderful informative CCW class today. Knowledgeable instructors, very thourogh, affordable, and patient. Recommend you check it out.
They rip off the tenants. I purchased a trailor from them and had to pay a security deposit, not sure why since i paid cash for the trailor. When i moved they wouldnt give it back and i gave them the trailor for my last months rent and they sold it for twice what i owed.
