The King Guest house is beautiful and comfortable. From the moment I walked in the door their hospitality was apparent. From the obvious to the details they do a magnificent job making you feel at home in a cozy, historic atmosphere. I highly suggest staying here if you are visiting, or even if you are local and want a weekend to get away without going too far.
Innkeepers Ms Ren and Mr Doug go above and beyond to make our frequent stays at this beautiful historic guesthouse feel like home!! The rooms are quaint and the select comfort beds insure a heavenly nights rest! The en-suite baths have all the essentials stocked for us including plush robes! The inn is walking distance to the historic town center of Hudson which offers many restaurants, shops, and a farmers market at the town square.nWhat makes this guest house extra special are the innkeepers! Not only do Ms Ren and Mr Doug offer a deliciously prepared morning breakfast and offer a beautifully kept and comfortable inn....they thoroughly enjoy getting to know each individual guest!! By the end of your stay you will part with a new found friendship!
I was placed on an assignment in Twinsburg (which is just North of Hudson) about three months ago. I needed a place to stay and tried the usual array of chain hotels and basically got the cookie cutter experience.nnI looked for something that felt more like home and landed at the King Guest House. All I can say is that it not only feels like home, it is my second home. Ms. Ren and Doug are two outstanding hosts. They have been exceptionally accommodating to my needs and a genuine pleasure to interact with. The Inn is as warm and welcoming as the hosts.nnYou are literally steps away from downtown Hudson which has a ton of shops and restaurants. Give the King a try and you won't be disappointed.
My wife and I stayed one night and it was great! Ms. Ren was super accommodating and the house was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious as well. We would HIGHLY recommend!
Ms. Ren and Mr. Doug are the best hosts! Fantastic breakfasts, clean, comfortable and charming accommodations, and witty and attentive innkeepers - what more could you want? We had a lovely time, will definitely visit again!
