They were the only company to call me back and when I told them if the issue of hornets near my front door they sent someone out the next day. The first person they sent seemed younger and maybe had less experience but was still accommodating and sprayed the areas I you him about. The hornets returned and when I called them back they sent someone out again the next day despite it being a holiday weekend. The technician spoke to me about what he suspected was going on, how he would treat it and what to expect afterwards. We have had no issues since then. I would recommend them especially if you have a more urgent concern as they were very accommodating and understanding.
I had some hornets that made a nest in the ground by my front door. I had my people coming to my house so i couldn't risk them being stung. I called 4 other places no one would come out that day or they were going to charge almost $500. Then i called Bug Busters and they charged a very reasonable amount and came out in a hour after i made the call to them. This is my go to company for bug problems and it should be yours too
Bug Buster is an exceptional company. They have serviced our properties for over 5 years, and they continue to exceed our expectations. They uphold their guarantee on the rare occasion we have nesting bees after the preventative spray. They are polite, helpful and typically arrive earlier than promised to help. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Jay is very knowledgeable about any service his company performs. He goes the extra mile for inspections which I can say does not happen with every pest inspection. They are easy to reach and have prompt service.
