I bank at Citizens in Liberty Square and the older short haired lady at drive up window is never friendly. You have to pay $5 for a money order up to $1000 and $5 for each additional one but you can only get them if you go inside. Inside there is a limit to how many people and they must wear masks. Very inconvenient if cashing check at window ( where you wait 10 minutes for your turn). I'm wondering what this bank has good to offer people who use them. Very inconvenient and rude

I was not at Liberty Square to actually shop. We just cut through the parking lot. It is a nice little strip mall, but it is hard to actually locate the businesses which are there. The signage by the road is too cluttered.
