I do not have enough good things to say about this place, but I'll keep it simple: Anne-Marie's went above and beyond when I really needed help getting a ring engraved very quickly. Alyssa and the owner herself were both extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They stayed in contact with me, made sure everything went smoothly and perfectly, and had this service done in a fraction of the time other stores were quoting me. I will certainly be coming back, and will and have told everyone I know personally to come here. There are a lot of jewelry stores around, so it's definitely valuable to have one with good people you can trust on the other side of the counter.nTo the fine people at Anne-Marie's, thank you so much once again. Your service and expertise meant the world to me.

Anne-Marie's shop provided A1 service from start to finish and really worked to make sure that I made the best decision for myself rather than being concerned with the sale. They helped me work within my budget, met with me multiple times, and even rushed to accommodate my timeline when needed. The level of care and service is unparalleled, and the selection of jewelry and knowledge base of all the employees is top notch. Id recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring or jewelry otherwise. This is how it should feel to make a major decision, as a man, or otherwise. My fiancé had called in and asked about ring sizing. When we called they said they have 3 day sizing. He goes in and they asked if I had seen it yet he said yes and they changed to the 3 days into a week knowing that information. When we go to pick up the ring it was completely lopsided and already needed replated. Don’t waste your time here.

Awesome customer service and satisfaction. Long story short, we had a couple hiccups with the engagement ring/wedding ring, not at Anne Marie's fault. The problems were fixed very promptly, courteously, and professionally. I would recommend this shop over any big box jeweler or any jeweler for that matter!
