Love my carpet and install was great. I was sick in they actually brought out carpet samples for me to look at at my house ,now thats service I will surely use hosners Again... thanks guysud83dude00

Stan had came out for our measurements and promised us he had THE BEST installers. So the day they came out to install our carpet it was a man and two kids. (The two kids who had no experience with carpet installs )We trusted what Stand had told us that’s the reason we went with their business! The adult had left our house to collect a CHECK from a previous job and left the new workers to stretch the carpet and finish the installation! ( This includes the kids installing the carpets around the baseboards and the stairs)The kids were arguing back in forth on what they were supposed to be doing...so we had to tell them to wait till the other man came back. Now our doors are not closing right(the new kids had to take off our doors and put them back on for the installation) and it was a terrible experience!!! We were going to have Hosner’s install our hardwood floors on the upper floor needless to say we will be going with Bob and Pete’s! This was a horrible experience!

Jim Fire was a super nice and very helpful salesperson. Dave and his helper did a great job on the installation. I was very satisfied with the whole process. My only critique would be that my brand new recliners were put out on the porch, which I did not want. They could have been put in my bedroom. Fortunately, a friend covered them with a tarp so birds didn't mess on them. Even though my choices were limited by what insurance would cover, I really like my new carpet.
