Was the best experience my husband and I ever had...nThe guard was so helpful ,kind and did his job well. One of the most down to earth person I have met in a long time... 4/13/21 helped us figure out our appt. Time and where we could get food . Slow, Slow, Slow. This place has went down hill since I was last here about a year ago. Used to be in and out in 1 to 2 hours, which is acceptable. I checked in an hour before my appointment, which was 1045am, hit the dock at exactly 1045am, it's now 1230 and a forklift has not entered my trailer as of yet. I've been out on the road for 2.5 weeks, to the pacific ocean and back, and this is the only place that can't seem to get a trailer unloaded in a timely manner. Worst part is that I live 30 minutes from here and just want to finally get back to my wife and kids. Thanks for being prompt and efficient, I won't be wasting my time booking any loads in or out of here again. Also, they have all their local daycab bobtails parked right in front of the docks to make it that much more of a hassle to get into the docks (pictured), with the moron (truck 1578) on the left parked 20 ft from the curb to be in the way even more.
You will get dock and unload quick if you are here on appt time. But to get your papers may take forever.
Quick unload especially for a walmart/Sam's third party. 20:10 appointment, in door 20:15, signed bills and out the gate by 21:10
