Fabulous subs! Freshest meat I’ve ever had from a sandwich shop! The cookie was also really delicious, I love coming here everything is so fresh every time I come.
Never got my order right. 3 times wrong. Then had the nerve to tell me I was wrong. Spent $55. Subway got better service.
The food itself is a 10/10 - the customer service is beyond poor. We ordered a sub via door dash 01/17/2021- (which was made at another location) upon receiving the order it was incorrect as to which we called the location nearest to us in North Canton (assuming it would pick there based upon our zip code) the woman who answered was rude, had such an attitude throughout the entire conversation, told us “we didn’t even make a sub 2 minutes ago”, and we better call the other location quick because they close in 15 minutes. She was not helpful. Not a joy to work with & made the experience poor.
Fast and cordial service. Good sandwiches.
