Not a good experience. Ordered my food and went to pick it up, the employee working the fries had dirty nails. I found black hair in my food mine is silver so it was an employee. I had called and let them know and they wanted to comp the food. Advised it is not necessary as I will not be eating at that location.
employees are so slow, they are rude. Takes about 20+ minutes for food to be ready even when ordered ahead. The managers yell at the staff in front of customers. my fries were cold. will not be returning
We were in and out. Love those fresh cut fries!!!
Amazing subs but the manager needs to chastise staff somewhere other than the lobby in front of customers.
