Why don’t you have a flag on your giant flag pole?
Not sure how a place can title themselves as Gourmet Burgers and not offer them medium rare. When I got my burger (the southern charm), I understood. The patty is so thin, there's no way to cook it any less. The burger was good, but I kept imagining how great it would have been with a real hunk of burger.nnThree stars anyway - the onion rings were good and the flavors in the burger were otherwise good.
All the food was pretty good. They do have a gluten-free menu! A few choices good choices. Seemed to be slightly under staff a few dirty tables sitting around waiting to be bused. Overall not disappointed
I have witnessed numerous interactions here with a manager that is not good at there job. Some manager named Connie always talks down to the workers. So much so that I have wanted to say something. Much less this manager dose not care if customers see her and how she acts. Upon talking to some servers here most of the long time workers left as a result of this manager. So she is mean and rude to her staff, and on top of that has no filter in front of customers. They literally are losing good workers that have been there for years and years. All because you have a manager that is not a good manager. Losing bartenders, losing servers because you do not know how to be a big girl, and talk to people with respect. Get a manager in there that doesn't have fits like a teenage girl. I mean that woman really needs to grow up
Food and service was great always. The restaurant itself needs cleaned.
