Motel needs remodeled. Halls floors were dirty. I took the stairs one time and the floors were discussing with an old chair at the bottom. Chairs in dining area are worn out. Staff was friendly and breakfast was normal. I think motel is over priced as I have stated at a different brand hotel in a major University town that was much nicer for less money. At this time I have family in the area so I'll probably be back in town but we will find a different motel.
Terrible hotel stay. Pool and hot tub were closed. No working ice machine. And the dogs (yes, multiple) woke me at midnight and 6am. And a guest brought a monkey in. So, if you don't mind dogs barking at all hours, or sleeping where a monkey slept the prior evening, this is the place for you. There are too many better options for the price for me to return.
This hotel was a great place to stay And is highly recommended. In town for 3 weeks working, we had 8 rooms and they were very accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Sam and Jessica that worked the front desk and couldn’t have been more pleased with their assistance and hospitality. We travel all around the east and northeast and this was by far the most pleasant hotel we have stayed at. Clean, accommodating, pleasant, good parking and located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and retail close by. Will definitely stay here again next time we work in the area.
My wife Barbie and I with our Old English Sheepdog Montgomery had an extended stay with the out standing crew at LaQuinta. we really enjoyed our time here. thank you so much Jim, Ryan, Charlie, SAM, Jessica, Pearl, Cass, Donna and all the wonderful housekeepers and maintenance personnel. O yeah a special thanks to Cacius. Great job...Great people
Stayed at Savannah location with our retired dogs, K-9 & Therapy. Clean room, great staff. However this canton location is simply disgusting. My wife just had surgery 5 days ago, this room is dirty, dirty, dirty. When we arrived into the room we found one of the lamps cord was chewed through. And the plug end was in the desk drawer. The whole room needs cleaned thoroughly. The gentlemen at the desk said he highly doubts the room is dirty at all! The fact they were not notified of the lamp should raise concerns of any other possible issues. Plaster falling onto the hallway floors & the back door does not lock to keep people safe. He was not professional about the situation at all. All 4 of us are leaving to another location tomorrow morning to stay for a week. Wish we had a place to go to now.
