We checked in around 3pm on a Monday and the receptionist was kind and accommodating. Fast and easy and informative. Once we got to the room, which was clean, modern and spacious, she called asking if our room was to our liking and if we needed anything. Ive never experienced that kind of hotel service even when I’ve stayed at $500 a night hotels. I was so impressed. I am kicking myself that I don’t know her name but she was wonderful. Thank you!

The entire hotel was spacious and clean!! Great room, and the service during check-in and check-out was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a great place to stay in Canton. 10/10.

We booked a block of rooms here recently for our daughter’s wedding. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The place was very clean. The breakfast staff is doing their best to deliver a decent breakfast with some options and they’re very pleasant while doing it. Front desk staff and cleaning crew are all very friendly and accommodating. The conference room and fire out area were both great spaces for us to meet up with family members. We were so happy with our choice for our out of town guests.

My father and I have stayed at this location 2 times and my husband and I have stayed here 1 time going on 2 times soon and we just love the customer service, the cleanliness and the location. We will be in town to celebrate my daughter in laws 30th Bday and Kimberly at the front desk helped us over the phone once AGAIN so that we could have our same rooms since we always get 2 rooms next to each other & she was able to accommodate us. I can't thank her enough and every time we've stayed at this location the customer service is TOP NOTCH, not everywhere is as good as SpringHill Suites in Canton Oh
