Our room had no heat. previous person in room cut some wires told front desk at 10am when we was leaving and was told maintenance would fix it asap since it was 40 degrees outside. Come back around 6pm and the magically forgot.nPeople throwing a kids birthday party at 10:30pm in the court yard screaming then running up and down halls till 2am.nprevious tenants trash behind tv,sncurtains had horrible stains all over.nSeveral electronic outlets was busted. Ceiling s have cracks all over.nOverall your better off staying somewhere else if your traveling with a family.nspend a little more on a better hotel.nThis is not fit for a family because the night staff allows people party and screams at all hours of the night.nMaintenance department needs fired and replaced by someone who will actually do there job.nnBeer was cold thats a plus that's why I only gave one star
Nobody was at the front desk either time we needed it. Had to wait about 5 min both times for some to come out. There was someone else's Wendy's napkin under our bed. The outer curtain blinds we're DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY. The tv and see through curtains were pretty dirty as well. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. By far the worst Holiday Inn
Was only here to pick up my great Niece, but it's very clean!
Every time I am in the area I always stay in the same spot. Friendly service and clean rooms. Always grateful for the points on every visit and the flexibility that those offer. Prices are reasonable. Also it in location at the center of so many stores and restaurants that makes your visit more enjoyable.
Is excellent the room was excellent shower was excellent the people were very nice the room was very clean the bed was fantastic it was a very good experience
