We have rented a storage unit at this particular location for over 18 months now & Have nothing but great things to say about this company, From the facility itself to the amazing customer service we have received. Whether dealing w/the owner, or the office manager, Kelsey, Every interaction has been exceptional. Kelsey has been great since day one of us becoming customers. She is knowledgeable, professional & courteous. Her customer service skills truly go above & beyond & We simply cannot thank her enough for making our experience w/South Davis Storage so pleasant & Making us very happy & satisfied customers!
Been renting a storage unit for a couple of years now, they've always been accommodating to my needs and in making sure my things are secured and safe. Nice facility, would recommend to a friend!
I would recommend South Davis Storage to anyone! They facility is very clean and secure. They are very professional and kind! Kelsey always greats me with a big smile when I come in to make my payment! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them!!
Terrible management. If you can find another storage facility do it. If you fall behind by two months (barely) they will sell everything you have stored. It happened to us and we lost thousands of dollars in home furnishings. My son and his wife had a brand new bedroom they were storing while my son goes to basic training for the Air Force - GONE!!! No notice, no phone call (even though they said they attempted to call, there was no record of them calling or voicemail). Go somewhere else.
