I talked to the manager 2x about my door for my fireplace. We emailed back and forth and talked on the phone. Her emails were abrupt and had many typos---showed her carelessness. As with her emails, our phone conversations made me feel inferior and ignorant. She didn't act like she wanted my business. So, needless to say, she won't get it and I will look elsewhere.

First off I didn't want to give them one star. My wife and I walk in and we felt like they treated us like second class citizens. The saleswoman was not intent not on making a sale. We were looking to purchase a new fireplace insert and needed information as we know nothing about the process. She indicated that we needed a contractor to reframe our existing fireplace and we asked if she could recommend one. She said she only had one but only a name and number, which she handed to us with her fingertips. We had to then ask if she would be willing to show us some inserts and explain the process. She showed us one and said it was not correct as they have not updated their equipment. She then gave us a brochure and said if we decided to purchase to call them. As soon as we walked out the door she brought sanitizer and wiped down the door, which I understand under Covid-19 times but noone had done that for any other customer leaving the store. I have just had surgery and my husband is on vacation to be with me post-op. We were not dressed in our best business attire but we were not dressed like bums either. I am very disappointed in the way we were treated like we could not afford to be in the store. I will NOT be back and I will NOT recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a fire pit and I have a had it for years and still love it and still have people ask me where I bought it!!
