I highly recommend K Carpet. I began working with Duke as our carpets in our custom home were purchased from and installed by K Carpet. Duke has rallied to accommodate both myself and my clients with various floor covering needs, often on very tight timelines. I very much appreciate the high level of service!
Great service. Duke was so helpful in selections -whole house carpeting and LVT flooring. Will return for our bathroom floor remodels.
I highly recommend K carpet.
Purchased laminate flooring July 2012 with 25 year warranty. Flooring edge lines started to peel up. Spoke with Duke 1 time and he advised he will contact the flooring rep. It has been a month, now my calls go to voice mail with no return call. Duke has never responded nor has he given me any information on who to contact reference the warranty.
Duke was wonderful in helping us decide what we wanted for the living room and den. Did not pressure us into something else that would cost more just to have a sale. VERY accommodating! The installers were the best. One small portion of the room required a seam near the corner. It was a seamless seam believe it or not! Could not be more pleased. The only problem with K-Carpet, is once the job is done and you see how nice everything looks, you want to get the rest of the house redone. Maybe next year?
