I love the instructor (Todd), the convenience of the time of the class and the location. I also love Mike's 9am Monday class - He is the best! And the new location is awesome.

One of the best part of my day is a class at the yoga place. Not only provides a good workout but a better outlook on life. They offer more than just yoga too. They have involved the whole community with movie nights, concerts, weekend workshops and so much more. If you haven't already, GO! You will not be disappointed!

If you're looking for a place that will promote both inner and outer growth, The Yoga Place is for you! I love the classes and instructors here and have been a loyal student for years. The class schedule is varied, so I am able to attend classes regularly, even when my schedule is busy! On top of wonderful, welcoming classes, they also offer special classes, such as restorative yoga, workshops with guest teachers, kirtan concerts, and more. Something for everyone and I can't get enough!
