Dropped in while visiting family and this place is great. Allie was quick to answer any questions I had. The coaches were very helpful and the community of people were very welcoming. I’ll be sure to drop in again next time I’m in town.
Allie and her team are awesome! I dropped in from out of town for a few days and they were easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. The facility has everything you could imagine and is clean and well lit. Would highly recommend!
I have to say I'm hooked. I've only been doing Crossfit for a few months and can't say enough about the facility and most importantly the staff. They work with you around your weaknesses and are very encouraging. The members there are all great to workout with.
The best facility in the area, I drive 45 min or more to go every day!! My teenage sons also work out there!! Safety isn’t a question, and the all staff are amazing, (even the cleaning lady) the equipment is on a whole level of its own!! Healthy living at its finest! all things needed for all goals is one stop shopping here!!
This is the cleanest, most well organized gym!! Not only are the coaches phenomenal, the people are so friendly and helpful! I love coming here and having the positive atmosphere!! The workouts are always different and challenging for whatever level you are!! The coaches want you to succeed, they will go above and beyond to help you! I am so happy I came here and can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make!
