ECF has given me the best fitness experience that I could ask for. They treat you like family because you are family to them. Workouts are tough but can be scaled to your abilities. They also offer nutrition services which has aided me in losing over 100lbs in 18mos.
Great place lots of equipment amazing coaches and full of kind people
Great Community, coaches and workouts! The owners and coaches are great and helpful for any person wanting to get healthy and learn movements correctly. This Box has no ego's and everybody wants to see you succeed! All workouts are scalable to your fitness level. Basically you put in the work the results will come! The box is very clean and has a lot to offer such as equipment, workouts, great coaching, and more. Definitely worth dropping in if your looking for boxes in the area or a place to call home!

I drop into this gym everytime I’m in town. Ken’s intensity and knowledge paired with Brandy’s energy and enthusiasm provides a perfect environment to learn and improve. Whether you’re new to CrossFit’s methodologies, or you’ve been training for years, this gym will meet you where you are. Ken and Brandy are great role models and mentors, and I’m thankful I’ve had the opportunity to learn from them and train alongside their members.
