Called and a representative was rude. She was giggling after I explained i had no gas coming into my home. She stated someone would call me the next day. NO ONE DID. Thanks to a neighbor who helped me out he fixed the device that was stuck and we got our heat back.
Yes that's the pain in a company I just call before 5minuts and there is one operator her no. 59 nonsense lady don't hear. My complaint and she start screaming. And told me she has other client so that means she don't care about first client. That idiot going in rush without hearing my problem. please don't waste ur time here and find some other for anynmaintenance. I got service from them in last month and my problem still there no any solution and they charge me $2460 without any reason now I have to call some other person and spend more money. I'm aware everybody whos thinking too call this company don't waste ur time and lots of money. Once they get money they really don't care after that. That's bull.
Harassment, that's all this company does is Harass People during the day for money to invest in their company. I get twenty calls a week and it all about an oil rig investment. You tell them No and they still call. I am reporting them to the FCC.
