My experiences at Van's has been Awesome. Keith is very knowledgeable and friendly as well as other staff there. I would absolutely reccomend visiting if you are in need of there services.
Van's is a superb boutique for all things camera related. Keith, the Manager has been with the establishment for over 19 years and his knowledge is vast. I found exactly what I needed and had a pleasant conversation, which in this consumer driven age is hard to come by. Service is excellent and you can find deals on just about anything you are looking for. Whether you are an amateur looking to get out of auto mode, or a seasoned photographer looking for the next upgrade to your arsenal of gear this is it chief! Please before looking at amazon or going to BestBuy (where you will get no help), check out Canton's premiere camera shop and support a local business before they all become a sepia tinted memory.
I have bought 3 cameras and lens from Vans. Each time they have been very helpful in me getting the right camera and lens combination. Recently I needed a lens repaired. They got it repaired under warranty in a timely manner. My experience with them has been excellent.
Great place. Very helpful and informative. They talk to you and not at you. They explain, in detail, how every step, for whatever process, is taken. I needed a slideshow flash drive quickly made for an untimely death. Not only were they quick and efficient, when I realized I forgot some of pics, they helped me out with zero problems the next day after it was done. Have used them before and will continue to do so.
UPDATE: I shared a review a hot minute ago trashing on the developing job of my film from Vans. That was a couple of years ago I think? Now running my own film lab and researching/working with film extensively for a living, I understand that the issues I had with my film were my own fault/camera error, so I’m giving 3 stars instead of my original 1, my apologies for that.nUnfortunately, they still were really rude to me multiple times when I came in when I was younger. Here’s to hoping things have changed though!
