You must wear a mask to enter at this time.The location is convenient and parking near the doors is available. The sales person was knowledgeable and helpful with my account. She was able to make the upgrade I was shopping for. She was able to answer my questions fully. My wait time for a salesperson was just a few minutes. There were plenty of staff available.

I went in for the first time after Sprint combined with T Mobile. Nick waited on me and he was awesome! He provided me with the services I needed, while being courteous, kind, and knew his job well. Go see him!
My husband and I were in the T Mobile store today. The man that helped was Tex. He is awesome! He was very professional and took the time to help us Senior Citizens by teaching us things about our phones that we didn't know about. If we have any more questions we will sure to go to Tex!
