After being with Verizon for 15 years, I walked away from Verizon all together because of the treatment we received by the employees at this 3rd party Verizon location. Mike and Brooke used sales tactics to manipulate and lie to my 80 year old grandma. They tried to railroad her into adding a whole new line for a “free phone.” Then, when I went in to straighten things out, Mike lied straight to our face several times. Andy, the manger is as rude as it gets and is completely classless. Refused to refund my grandmas money for goods and services never used. Mike and Andy tried to take advantage of an old lady, And for that reason, Verizon lost five lines to T-Mobile. After leaving the cellular connection, we went straight to T-Mobile and had an amazing experience. I wish we left sooner and I’m sorry we ever bothered with the cellular connection. Beware! They will do anything for a dollar- including taking advantage of an 80 year old woman.

We waited 2.5 hrs for service for a new phone. I had to leave to go to work and I was told it would only take a half hour. So we started the process for the phone and had to make a second trip back to pick up the phone. Then it was another 45 minutes to pick up the phone. Then I learned that my old phone is worth $60. and they kept it for recycling. I got nothing. I guess the manager made out?

Do yourself a favor and read the poor ratings. There is only 1 person on site and he claims he is the manager. It has been a long time since I have experienced such bad customer service from a person. Think maybe just a one time situation, obviously I am not alone. Do not become the next.

Buyer Beware! Went there and purchased a new iPad. Found out it was an Apple generation old. When I went back in to tell them, the manager's comment was well I did not specify which generation I wanted. The whole process with them has been a fiasco.nnWent to a local Verizon corporate store. New released product and out in about 1/4 of the time.

Here you will find salespeople lying to your face and adding upcharges and hidden fees to your purchase. This is an independent retailer store, not a corporate Verizon store. You can avoid this frustrating experience by simply going to an actual Verizon store, such as the one on Dressler.
