Terrible customer service. There is no inventory of their collection so they are unable to tell you if they have a specific book, author, or subcategory. It would have been nice if someone could even help me look in the section rather than just shrugging their shoulders and saying that they do not know.nThere is great potential for selling to students with used textbooks if they were a bit more organized. There are software systems that could record each book's barcode and ISBN, recommended price, and date entered. I would gladly do it for you!
Lovely help, lots of books. We bought 2 hardback books and paid over $30, so a bit pricey for used, but hey, we wanted the books!
