Worst pharmacy experiences ever but my insurance only fills through CVS so I am STUCK with them. Every single time I try to fill a prescription there is an issue and I have to call a thousand numbers to do their job for them. Tonight I called about a prescription I called in 3 days ago and the woman actually said “it’s not going to happen today we’re like really busy and giving like vaccines and stuff.” They are always understaffed, rude, and always errors getting anything done here. I don’t even leave reviews but felt compelled in case people have other options or in case CVS cares to read these and make changes. Oh and the woman at the minute clinic is extremely rude. Last time she said she was calling us for hours to tell us to not come in. Funny that I was getting text updates with my wait time and never saw a call come through. I don’t get it.

I Love the Pharmacy Technicians they are awesome and friendly and help me every single time. I love how fast they are and how awesome they are.

Silly minute clinic website will not accept my birth date. Keeps telling me submit a valid date. As if 09/11/1944 is not valid. It's the day I really was born!!

Very pro service no one is waiting for covid testing and no one has come to help us 10 minuets past our appointment time

ABSOLUTELY RUDE....SAID TO BUSY TO HELP ME WITH MY PRESCRIPTION ....WOW NEVER THOUGHT A PHARMACY WOULD DO THAT TO A CUSTOMER. BAD BAD PLACE
