Horrible customer service! They were late with our last salt delivery, this delivery the driver delivered next door yesterday and the customer service rep told me they would be here today to take care of it ... surprise, they didn’t show up! Now I have to carry the bags from next door back to my house because she lied to a customer. Sadly we love the water softener but it seems customer service is non-existent and I will never believe a word they say again!!!!!nnUPDATE: I was contacted by the General Manager this morning who apologized for this issue with our deliveries. We had a great discussion and while this still left me carrying the bags from next door, his empathy and professionalism really helped solve this issue. Thank you for understanding and being willing to help.
Great service and water with easy billing. Doesn't get any better for water service!
The service man was very plesant and nice .explaned every thing very well...
The customer service representative is fantastic, she is very knowledgeable about their products. The general manager was also very helpful with my individual needs.
