I would strongly advice going to any other Verizon location in the area. I bought a new phone and while checking out Garrett scanned two phone charges and two extra screen protectors without asking if I wanted them-totaling $80. I asked for a refund and he said they cannot give a refund without a manager present. I told him I don’t live in the area and he said they could mail a check. We called and followed up because a check never came. We called one evening and Garret answered and immediately stated “you’ve been blowing my phone up and I had to stop talking to a customer. I said I would call you back tomorrow”. Then he hung up. Garret is incredibly rude and lacks major customer service skills. He told me he would “call me back first thing in the morning” 2-3 times this week and of course never.nKiley the manager, which I question, said they could not do anything to help. So basically they have all their products that I paid $80 for. By far the worse customer service I have experienced.

Don't go to this store as service is well below par for a Verizon satellite store, they gave me the usual line of, they can't fix or make a problem right for a insurance claim. High pressure sales made on another account without consulting the primary account holder. Instead of replacing a defective phone covered by insurance as they should have, pressured the person into buying a new one adding to their bill, which wouldn't have happened if they just replaced the defective one. In closing watch out if you shop therenn.

My wife and I had a very positive experience at the Delphos Verizon store dealing with Kylie and Garrett!! We purchased new phones and were treated very well by both even with the number of questions we asked! I would highly recommend this store and these two Verizon reps to anyone looking for a new phone or answers! Thanks guys.

Garret was extremely helpful and knows his stuff.He was downloading data for two new phones and helping a 3rd customer with a damaged phone all in the same 30 minutes.His employer should be impressed with this work ethic!

I was very pleased with the service and help I recieved from Kiley. She was very patient with me, explaining my options for a new phone, and my follow up questions. I would highly recommend the Delphos store.
