Very clean and comfortable environment. The dentist was amazing. Very nice and took the time to talk to me. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. I’m a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable. I will definitely go back.

It was my sons first time at the dentist and the staff was so fast and kind! They made him feel so comfortable by going through each step before doing it and making him feel good about being there! I really appreciated them going above and beyond for him from the front desk to the chair! We’ll be back soon!

My appointment was at 3, they didn't get me to the back until 3:30, then had me sit back there for another 15-20 minutes. The hygienist came, she was very nice, seemed rushed however. When she was done I had to wait at least another 15 minutes before the doctor came in. I didn't leave until AFTER 4:30, again my appointment was at 3:00. I even asked upon my arrival if they were running late because the waiting area was completely full, as I would have rescheduled if needed. I was told no, have a seat. Then while I'm waiting in the waiting area you can hear the receptionist complaining about how he's covering the desk and phones and how it's so busy.

My regular dentist had reduced operations due to COVID, so I was in search of somewhere to get an overdue cleaning for myself and my family. Refresh was great- they took safety seriously, and yet were still friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist left no plaque un-removed, she was great. Our X-Ray technician took a full array of shots (a few multiple times) until she was satisfied. Our dentist was thorough and helpful, and had great recommendations for us all. I was very impressed, and came away feeling like the folks here were people I could trust, and who I'm almost (it is the dentist after all!) looking forward to seeing again in 6 months. Thank you Refresh for looking after our smiles!
