Let's start off by me saying if it wasn't for the fact my wrap was made right, the ingredients looked fresh, and the store was very clean. I'd request to leave zero stars. I decided to install the Subway app and order online. The app keep directing me to sign up online. I had the hardest time signing up, because it kept telling me to enter a valid phone number. Which took me forever to figure out, but thanks to Google's help I realized I had to put +1 before my number. Then when I got there to pick up my order I couldn't get the app to work. Almost in a panic thinking I had no way to prove my order. A female employee snaps at me saying if I wasn't going to order anything I needed to leave. I told her I had a online order, but I'm fighting with my phone. That I was sorry. I honestly was not in anyone's way. Standing in the far back corner away from the line or register. Then a light bulb went off in my head realizing that with me just downloading the app. I never gave permission to run with data saver on. Which I always have on when I'm not using WiFi. Then I discovered it never submitted my order,because the lady snapped at me again asking what's the name on the order. I told her, and she barked back there's no order in that name. Like I was lying to her. So I decided to go outside in the cold to fight with my phone. Luckily it was me being inside which must have restricted my service, because the app started right up. I don't know what happened, possibly my fault since I was new to the app. But it didn't submit my order. With the order in place and my card already linked to it. I just submitted the order and went back inside. Letting the lady know what happened. But she must have been in a bad mood, because when she asked me if I wanted my wrap cut. I said yes, in thirds please and thank you. She just stood there looking at me dumb founded. I asked what's wrong, and she says what are you talking about? I replied I wanted it cut into 3 pieces. She comes unglued snapping at me that it's better to cut it in half because the way I wanted it would just fall apart. I told her to cut it however so I could leave. I was so happy to be done with that experience, and vowed never to go back to that location again. It honestly took everything out of me not to tare into that women, but I was raised to respect women and have manors in public. Long story short, I won't be going to the Subway inside Moto-Mart here in Marion, Ohio. If this reaches the eyes of the owner or a manager I was in the store on Sunday, February 7th from about 8:30pm to when I got my order which the receipt says 9:24:38pm. It says I was served by: 999997.

Be aware of milk products that are 2+ weeks past the expiration data.... Don't get your children poisoned by the lack of lazy employees picture was taken on 11/04/2020

Fast enough I guess. Ok sandwich for being bottom of the barrel cheap products. My opinion if u have the time local sandwich shops are way better. Especially for the cost

There are a total of 5 subway locations in Marion and this one (Moto Mart gas station) is the only one that is open 24 hours. That's about the only great thing I can say for this particular location. They cannot retain employees at all, everytime I visit here there are new faces behind the counter. The employees are always in a bad mood. This location is very slow with getting orders done and customers out the doors. They hardly ever have cookies available, at least the ones I like (raspberry cheesecake). With the employees being soo slow and them usually busy with the bad attitudes I'd recommend a different location, there are 4 others! If you are wanting a sub late then this is your place. Open 24 hours.
