Durocher's

This place is a joke. My wife and I ordered a new Maytag appliance suite, on the recommendation of Kevin Meyers, in August 2020. We were initially going to purchase LG appliances but Kevin told us that because Maytag was made in American that we would be able to get Maytag appliances sooner. Long story short we’ve had nothing but issues with Durocher’s. All of the delivery dates that were given to us by Kevin when we purchased our appliances came and went without so much as a peep from Durocher’s. The first appliance that was delivered, two months late mind you, was the dishwasher which was literally just left in our garage for me to install myself. A couple of months after that the range and microwave showed up. The microwave was horribly damaged but the installer decided to install it anyway and then not report the damage to the store so that repairs could be scheduled. To date our microwave still has a HUGE dent in the side but every time I call to inquire about the status of any repairs I get attitude and I get told that “the part had been ordered”. Eight months later we still have not received our refrigerator so at this point we have been living in our new home for five months without the ability to refrigerate food. If I were Durocher’s and was screwing people this hard I would at least make it a point to reach out and update my customers about the status of their purchases, repairs, etc. Our expected delivery date keeps getting pushed further and further out but unless I call Kevin, we never hear a word from Durocher’s about anything. In short this is a poorly run company that is only interested in selling customers appliances that they don’t have and have no prospects of providing in order to increase their bottom line. This will definitely be the one and only time I do business with this “company”.

Amazing experience! We’ve been doing our appliance research for months and shopping here was unlike anywhere else. We felt so comfortable and at home while shopping at Durocher’s. Kevin was knowledgeable, honest and very responsive. We are so happy with our shopping experience and can 100% say we will always check here first before ever making another appliance purchase.

It has been a pleasure. Covid has caused some disruption, but so far nothing to bad.

We used Derocher's for the appliances at our new home because they were a preferred vendor by our builder. The appliances were delivered in great condition, and their service members installed them. I want to specifically applaud this store for their customer service. Kevin (the store manager) was always very prompt to return my phone calls, and very thorough with his explanation of details related to the order. We appreciated his work, this stores dependability, and would highly recommend them as a supplier for appliances!

We have used Durocher's twice and they have exceeded all expectations!nGreat price and they go above and beyond in customer service.
