Scam within itself! First off don't call and lie and say you are going to shampoo my carpet for free! There is no such thing as free when all you're going to do is turn around and talk me for hours about some magical ass vacuum shampoo cleaner! You folks called and clearly stated that someone referred me for a free carpet shampoo. Well what I got was 3 men in my damn house talking to me for 4 hours literally boring me to death! I hate lectures especially when I say I am not interested. Talked so much that you all could not really shampoo my carpet it looks the same to me. Maybe if you all would have actually shampooed my carpet and actually did a good job I probably would have given in. Then for the manager to low key get frustrasted is what got me. I am not financing a vacuum cleaner. Although it was interesting but I don't like being lied to. The lie was you all would shampoo my carpet. I should have learned the first time you people came that time you only did one little spot and talked for hours...... I am good on focus enterprises please do not ever call me or come to my house. By the way Landon was really nice and so was Alex☺

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME!!!! If I could leave zero I would! These idiots wasted 2.5 hours of our time. I was genuinely interested and when I asked too many questions they got defensive and the male that was here ripped up the receipt, proceeded to belittle me, then stormed out. I would not be surprised if it was a scam to see what they could steal.

If I could leave zero stars I would. A man and a woman showed up my house claiming to work for some company called legacy, and he then proceeded to hand me a bottle of laundry detergent that were literally had been watered down. I went to put my dog up because he was trying to go out the door and he asked me if I could let the dog outside and I said no. When I came back to the door after locking the dog up he had a big cardboard box and he tried to push his way through my door. I close the door and locked it and he asked me “well can I have my gift back “ (referring to the laundry soap). And then him and the woman jumped in their car and drove off as fast as they could I went to see the license plate and there wasn’t one. Didn’t stop at any other houses in my neighborhood. Was one of the most terrifying experiences that I’ve been through because he tried to push his way into my house! I called the cops and they are now looking into it.

Dark, 8:30 at night and Tom pounds on our door and then is offended when I shut it in his face. Sorry but that’s not acceptable and our neighborhood requires an ok from management to solicit door to door. Poor business skill.
