A really great crew
We made reservations online for 10:3” am and when we arrived, they said it would be a two hour wait. It doesn’t matter if you make reservations online or not. First come first served. Wouldn’t even move us to the front of the line. Came to Black Hills Helicopters and they were much more professional. Can call and make a reservation and that is your time for your flight. Do not waste your time with this group!
This was an impromptu thing, and so glad we did. Staff was very friendly and our pilot was great. Highly recommend this place. Hopefully it's a memory my son never forgets.
The people were awesome! I have to use a cane right now and they helped into and out of the helicopter. The pilot was a sweet young man, very knowledgeable and flew very smooth. He was very tentative to myself and my children making sure we were hanging in there. We will be back to fly with them!
What an incredible experience! We have seen some amazing things this week but this was the highlight! Amazing customer service and much more affordable than we expected!
