Great service. I had to call the hotel late to confirm the reservation and ensure that my wife's name was on the reservation. Jennifer went the extra mile to assure me that her almost-midnight check-in is fast and smooth. Thank you for great customer service.
We stayed here two weekends ago. This is the best hotel in the Elyria area. The king size bed was very comfortable. They had a lot of pillows. Best night sleep for my wife and I. Could use extra towels in room. We got extra at front desk. Very nice staff. We will be returning here on our next trip to this area.
Rooms were clean and nice amenities. There's a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There's an iron and hairdryer in the closet. Bed was very comfy, as was the couch in the room. There is a grab and go breakfast with muffins and cereal bars.
They had a fight going on outside when we arrived, pizza and vodka bottles in hallway. Room was clean and quiet. Hallways were cleaned up and being monitored when we were leaving. Update- management replied to review, which was much appreciated. We will certainly stay there again next road trip, and hotel is very nice, and cost was reasonable. Desk staff handled incident very professionally
The bad:n1. There was a beauty pageant occurring the next day. The staff of the pageant and some of the families involved were not wearing their masks over their nose and mouth.n2. One staff member was stuffing his face with food and maskless just in front of the elevators - passing within 6 feet of him was unavoidable. Unacceptable!nnThe good (thus the second star):n1. The clerks at the desk were masked and provided excellent and friendly service. I liked the socially distant set up.n2. The room was very clean and comfortable.
