These people do not stand behind the product that they sell.nnI bought a Quadra fire pellet stove, it has had some mechanical issues that I believe a $5,000 product should not have.nnI did not get any assistance from the manufacturer or Dr. Lee's. And they are way over priced for any type of service.

Very helpful and informative staff, along with a nice variety of stoves along with other things to choose from. If you are looking for a new stove I would highly recommend Dr. Lee's Stove Shop...

We purchased a pellet stove insert from the Weston Ohio store, this was a hugh mistake, it took forever because the owner ordered the wrong parts, they couldn't get the parts, so they rigged it, part of the agreement was for yearly service, we called the owner, the technician, and the main store. And got nothing, we finally, got a call from the technician who told me they didn't recognize the phone number, although I left several voice messages and that's why they didn't answer our calls We spent over $6000.00 with this company, We finally contacted a company out of Toledo who came out and did our service, and told us we were given an out dated remote with the NEW unit we bought.....do not buy from these people you will be ripped off.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I found myself without a chimney stack, a hole in my roof, no chimney liner, and unable to run my furnace in November. These guys came through for me in a pinch and were able to install a Class A metal chimney just in time. They did a great job, were understanding/professional, and used high quality materials compared to what is available/out there. I would recommend Dr. Lee’s anytime.

Dr. Lee's Stove Shop is awesome! The staff is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and helped me purchase the correct stove and did a professional installation. The stove that they recommended was actually marked down, so it saved me money, too.nnVery helpful and knowledgeable.
