I have worked with Brian and Michelle on several kitchen and bath remodels over the years. They always go out of their way to ensure everything is taken care of and goes smoothly. I am looking to remodel two baths, this was my first stop due to it's proximity to my home. The individual who helped me could not have been less helpful. Even walked away from me mid-conversation. I exited quickly an went elsewhere. Will never return.
We did a complete remodel of our first floor. Kitchen and Bath did all the work, including the demo, design of the kitchen, and the install of everything. The first floor flooring looks great, and the kitchen looks fantastic. The quality of all the work was very evident, and everyone who came to work on our house was very professional and courteous. Our kitchen cabinets and countertops are excellent quality. Kim and Brian designed the kitchen with us in mind, allowing several direct customizations we wanted, and the team guided us when we needed help. If you are looking to remodel your kitchen, I would definitely recommend Brian, Kim, and team.
Could not agree more with some of the previous comments. BRIAN strung us out, kept rescheduling a site visit, and was exceedingly rude to several of our family members when we were about to give him a substantive contract. I politely told BRIAN that if this is how he conducts business on the front end, it’s a sign of how he conducts business overall and I was going to go elsewhere. BRIAN hung up the telephone. I don’t need to say more.nnDo not use this company for bathroom remodeling. There are several — just as able, and far more professional — companies in the Cleveland area.
