First, I must say, I love this store and always have. Sadly, one worker in particular absolutely ruined my long line of happy experience. When we approached her she didn’t even bother to turn around and didn’t even try to understand what we were asking. She basically snuffed us, still not turning around. We still had one more question as we were looking for a specific pillow. When we asked where we could find it, she sarcastically rolled her eyes and said, “Um... by more pillows.” We walked away and she didn’t even care. I don’t know what her name was, but I must say, someone this rude should never be employed in customer service.
