I’ve been looking into getting a gingivectomy for a couple months to make my smile more natural. My jaw structure gives me an open bite which causes my teeth to be on the smaller side. I wanted to feel more confident in my smile without getting jaw surgery, and this was the best option for me. After going to my regular dentist they referred me to Periodontal Associates, Inc but I wasn’t sure if I would be able to be seen in the near future. Got a phone call on Monday morning 12/7/20 with an opening due to a cancellation. I was able to go into their Mentor office for a consultation. The new office was beautiful and very clean and updated. All of the Staff was extremely friendly and helpful (and were all following Covid guidelines). I met with Dr. Roger Hess and he gave me an in depth overview of the procedure. He asked if I had any questions and I asked when I could get the procedure done. He had enough time before his next appointment and squeezed me in right then! Procedure was done within 30-40 minutes and I was in and out. The results are AMAZING and Dr. Hess made me love my smile again. He was very friendly and made the experience fun (I am normally anxious when getting dental work done). Would highly recommend this office and Dr. to anyone looking into getting procedures done at this facility. 10/10 great experience and very happy with the outcome and confidence in my smile!
