Great managment and very quiet
I haven’t even been here 2 years yet and they’ve raised the rent 3 times! Most expensive trailer park in Findlay but also the crappiest. They are doing nothing to make improvements. Cats and skunks everywhere. You complain they tell you trap them and dispose of them yourself! Don’t live here!!!

Current resident and I will say that this new lady is not professional, and is verbally abusive. She treats tenants like dirt and nothing is handled with decorum or respect. Dressed in her Christmas finery all the while talking down on all the residents in the park and treats us all accordingly. She is never pleased and understands nothing. Meanwhile rent is going to increase while we have hell holes all over the roads.
