We purchased carpet for our bedroom and couldn’t be happier. Duncan was very knowledge and extremely helpful with choosing out the carpet and coordinating install. Installation went really well too. Would highly recommend.

I stopped into the shop to find out more about a specific type of flooring and the gentleman was incredibly rude. After I asked him about the flooring he walked over to a box which had samples of rubber flooring which was not what I was looking for. He then took those samples pulled them out of the box and tossed them on the floor in front of me like I'm supposed to pick them up like a dog and said this is what I have. he then told me he would look into the flooring that I requested and that he would give me a call in a couple days. I have not heard from him since and it's been a couple weeks. Very unprofessional and rude.
The owner is relaxed and treats everyone like family. We highly recommend Duncan for all your flooring needs.
Falls floor gallery is amazing, they have a fantastic selection, and are extremely professional. I had them put carpet in and it was done fast and clean. Overall it was a great experience, and I'm about to have them do my hard wood floor as well.nI would definitely recommend them!
