This place has so many problems but I live here so if you dont live here dont move in not the greatest place or the cheapest
So glad to finally be gone from there! The place is a dump , outrageous water bills , they let just anyone move in there! Not a safe place for a family! Has gone completely down hill. It is advertised that there is a pool , I was there 20yrs , never was there a pool. The lot rent is outrageous.
Could be looking alot better for the price you pay to live there just saying
This place is a dump. The road is bad, side walks need replaced and it one of the most expensive park in the county. Says it has a pool and community room but I did not see either.
Lots of problems lived here 8 years !!!! They have to fix all the pips some of the people in the court get 400 dollar water bills when there are no leaks !!!! They say we have a swimming pool ud83cudfca♀ufe0f but don’t have one !!!!! So maybe our money is going to that imaginary pool for water ! Also trash sucks no one is respectful and it’s always around the dumpsters !!!!!!!!! We also will get charged 40 dollars for people who don’t follow driving rules also our rent is 360!!!!!!!!! Not including anything but trash ud83duddd1 sooooooooooooooo DONT MOVE HERE
