Was told 30 min wait, but was called in 4 minutes. Waitress was great. All wait servers would check on all the tables, even if it was not their table. Burgers were very good. Had an issue with drinks, girl who brought out our drinks brought all root beer instead of root beer and coke. Only was an issue as I can not have root beer ud83dude33. They did correct it after I tasted it and brought it to her attention.nBut good burgers and fast service.

We had a great meal and were very happy with all of the precautions the restaurant is taking. There were barriers set up and the host did a wonderful job of socially distancing tables as they came in. The staff were all wearing masks, including tables of employees that were clearly on break and just hanging out. The kitchen was in clear view of the restaurant so we could see the grill staff wearing masks properly as well. Our server, Shani, was fantastic and when not dropping food off stood a few feet away. We were very comfortable eating here and enjoyed the meal just as much.

I came here for lunch with my sister on 3/18/21 and we had a disappointing experience with our server. I couldn’t get her name because she was not wearing a name badge - however she was about 5’5 with a heavier frame and short reddish brown hair.nFirstly...she sat us down and she was pretty short with us. She also started gossiping with another worker and rolling her eyes while playing on her phone. While the whole time we weren’t given utensils or napkins. We also did not even a single refill in the time we were there - the restaurant was not even busy or else I could understand - very unprofessional. Then...as we were eating, we noticed a bunch of ants crawling up our table (there was a old food on the ground where I’m assuming they were attracting from.) Secondly...we noticed the server getting snippy with other customers and workers. The host was getting ready to sit down a family and she snapped at him (in front of the family.) that he was going to have to put a wait to seat them because she’s “only one person.” As someone who works in customer service, you should always make your customers feel welcomed despite how bad of a day you’re having. So... due of this experience, we will unfortunately not be coming back to this location. I gave three stars only because the food did come out very good.

Took the grandkids here for supper. They devoured the Mac and Cheese as well as a lot of fries. We had a Couple of tasty burgers ourselves. Service was great and it was good to see it so busy we had to wait.
