Columbus Bath Design did a wonderful job installing a new shower/bath tub in my condo! They completed installation in only one day and after seeing the final product I was even more pleased than I realized. They did a wonderful job, it looks clean, neat, and absolutely amazing. Communication was good for being in a pandemic. Price was less than most competition in the area. Highly recommend!
Columbus Bath Design was absolutely awesome to work with on our long awaited Master Bathroom remodel! Michelle & Joey, the owners were very hands on in helping us design out new bathroom and pick out all of the materials, even meeting us several places to help pick out tile, flooring and granite....which was somewhat challenging during the COVID pandemic.nnJoey met with us at our home and worked with us on a design for the remodel. He listened to what we wanted and designed a great solution for us! Michelle was great in meeting all of our design needs and answering our many questions about the construction schedule, invoicing, ordering and delivery of the materials and all of the many details involved with the project.nnClayton, Matt, Matt and Keith, the construction crew was awesome! not only were they very friendly and polite, but very neat every day that they were in our home. They cleaned up each and every day that they were working, even down to dusting the furniture at the end of the day! We cannot say enough about their quality as remodelers and as people to invite into our home!nnAll in all, we are extremely pleased with our choice of Columbus Bath Design and our bathroom remodeler....we absolutely made the right choice! Love our new bathroom! It feels like it should be in a luxury hotel suite. The team at Columbus Bath Design were amazing to work with. They were professional throughout the process and offered terrific suggestions on design. Would definitely recommend them.
Wow! Start to finish, Columbus Bath Design has been a pleasure to work with. The sales process (Darrell) was straight forward, honest, no pressure and the company delivered on all of his promises. We decided to do both bathrooms at once. We received 5 different quotes, Columbus Bath listened to our want list, and delivered a detailed quote for each space independently and were within our budget. Some companies were almost double the estimate with disclaimers of additional costs possible with no details. To top this off, Michelle (owner) contacted us to begin the design and fixture selection process BEFORE a deposit was requested. This solidified our choice and we are so very pleased with what followed. Michelle was super responsive and highly engaged through the remodel. The crews (Columbus Bath Employees) showed up on-time every day. They interacted with us to verify the plan, placements of fixtures, paint colors and didn't hesitate to go ahead and fix situations that were not expected. They were very kind, worked well together, very clean and very gifted craftsmen. We will surely enjoy our bathroom spaces for years to come. I am proud and confident to recommend Columbus Bath Design and have done so already!
Everyone at Columbus Bath Design was professional and helpful, from the beginning of the project to its completion. Even when an unexpected issue occurred, they provided me with the information I needed and worked to correct the problem. It was a pleasure to work with them.
