We had a nice experience at this location. They were able to order the phone color I preferred ahead of time, and when I came in for pick-up, the transfer process fit seamlessly into my lunch break. We live in rural suburbs of Columbus and I would say T-Mobile's service is just as good, if not better, than my previous carrier. Loving that 5G!
I had been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time. While at Polaris recently I stopped in to find out more about 5G. Samantha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while not at all making me feel pressured. I will continue to drive to this location over all others for this kind of customer service.
I’ve been to the Polaris (downstairs) location twice in the last 4 days and the staff has been exceptional. Corin and Zoe were honest, kind, and patient- truly the best customer service!
