Thai is a nice Apple Store. I went here while I was at Polaris and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and looked around at everything for sale. There was every type of Apple product you would ever need l, which was nice. The store was laid out in the same format as every other Apple store, which is very nice. I left the store without buying anything because I didn’t need any new Apple products. I gave Thai Apple store five stars because it has every type of Apple product for sale and is nice and clean.

I stopped by to pick up my new iPhone 12 Pro. My salesman Danny was so helpful I ended up getting a lot more accessories to make life easier. Danny spoke with facts and looked up every spec I had a question about. His energy and customer service are well above par. Deserving of a raise! And thank you for the military appreciation discount!

I had a unique and unfortunate situation where I lost my phone and my Apple ID password along with it. I went to the store to see if there was anything I could do to avoid being locked out of my account. Cornelius was able to provide me with a creative solution to my problem and helped me avoid a very stressful situation. Thank you Cornelius!

Horrible customer service; I usually go to the Easton mall store, but this is the first time I have ever been to this is store; the Apple genius technician doesn't understand or want to hear the issue that you have with your phone. I kept telling him I have apple care and show him proof that I have apple care. I spend more than five hours at the store to diagnose my phone, and they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with your phone. The store manager also agrees with tech. I left the store and when to the Easton store, they found the problem, and they fix my phone within 30 minutes.
