First time here, walked up not realizing there was a line as it was up against the railing and down a bit from the door. Before I could even ask if I was good to walk in the “greeter” yelled at me that “if I wanna come in I have to get in line up against the rail” I could barely even utter an apology before they rudely yelled “bye” as I turned away. I have no problem waiting in line as the safety of everyone during the pandemic is the most important thing right now, but this rude interaction was just not appreciated. He also had his nose out of his mask.
Great as always. I download all my games now but still a nice place to look around and talk games with the workers.
Typical GameStop. Decent selection, bad customer service. I realize this is a collapsing company and the employees are probably treated like garbage, but if you hate your job, leave. Don’t take it out on the customer.
The ginger spice kid that ran the register was not even busy he was just playing on his phone and had a general bad attitude when my buddy tried to pay off a pre order, as long as this guy works there I will never shop there ever again, customer service is number one! Rude isn't an option!
Mall location is pretty cramped. Nice and helpful staff
